Aww I remember that I had this, when we stopped by a petrol station on the way to Saudia from Qatar.
I hadn’t eaten properly nor I had had a good sleep all night in the car, so I got indigestion in the morning. I’m glad that I asked “what’s shakshouka?”, this was the only appealing food for me.
